Delivery Terms

Kangaspalatsi (business ID 2644020-7) sells products to adult private individuals and companies in Finland and abroad. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.


Products are ordered on the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart with the payment card or payment service provided by the store. All customer information is processed confidentially. The contact information requested when ordering will not be used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any ambiguities that may arise in the delivery. If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, you will receive our newsletter to the email address you provided. By placing an order in the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the delivery terms and conditions that are valid at the time.

You have the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your personal data. In this case, we ask you to contact our data controller. If you feel that your personal data has been processed in violation of data protection legislation, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection.

Payment/ Payment methods

Currently, our online store uses Klarna payment service and Stripe payment service. We do not offer payment for online store purchases on-site. All orders must be paid using the payment options available on the online store.

We activate payments made with Klarna within approximately two weeks after receiving the order, to avoid automatic scheduled cancellations of orders and the inconvenience that comes with it. Therefore, there may be situations where you receive an invoice before the order.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery Method and Cost

You can see the shipping costs of your order after selecting the delivery method. In Finland, the postage package costs €6 (incl. VAT) and home delivery (express package) costs €12 (incl. VAT). Orders over €150 are delivered free of charge to Finland (postage package) excluding Åland. We usually deliver orders as postage packages. Packages can be tracked using the shipment number. In package deliveries, we aim to use recycled materials.

DBSchenker pickup point parcels: The order will be delivered to the DBSchenker pickup point designated by your address, which you can collect upon receiving the arrival notification. Please note that DBSchenker parcels depart from our location once a week.

Post packages: The order will be delivered to the post office designated by you, which you can collect upon presentation of the notification of arrival.

Post home delivery: The order will be delivered directly to your home. Delivery takes place on weekdays from 9am to 9pm in larger municipalities, and usually by 2pm in other areas.

After your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided.

Note! An uncollected package is not a cancellation of the order. We do not refund or store uncollected packages.

Delivery Time

Our most common packaging times to Finland are approximately 3-5 business days after receiving payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Any exceptions to delivery times will be notified on the online store's website.

Exchange and Return Policy

You have the right to exchange or return your entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products (cut-to-measure fabrics and other dimensioned products) or gift cards. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions no later than 14 days after the error is detected. If the package is damaged in the mail or similar, a complaint must be made immediately to the shipping service (post / Matkahuolto / courier service) about the product. We are not responsible for products damaged during transport. Note! An unclaimed package is not a cancellation of the order. We do not refund or keep unclaimed packages.

Pre-order products in the online store

Our online store also offers pre-order products. The pre-order information for the product is indicated in the product description or image. In addition, we will update the delivery times in the product description according to the needs and demand.

Klarna payment methods

In order to provide you with Klarna's payment options, we may transmit your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna in connection with the purchase transaction so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment options and tailor these payment options for you.
